    Shipping was pretty quick and value was good, but unfortunately the seller shipped the incorrect item. When I addressed the issue it took some hand-holding for the seller to correct the issue. Ultimately I was satisfied with the resolution (seller replaced the incorrect item with the correct product) but the process and communication was a bit frustrating. Eventually, the item was as described, new in box, and it's a great product.
