It has some light scratches on the top of the console but that is to be expected with a used console from 2 generations ago. Packaging could have had a little more padding but it was good enough. The psp which I ordered came in a normal condition, the box was just a bit messy other than that the quality was just like in the images, and the value is okay as well. The appearance was also okay just like in the image. Overall nothing bad.
