    Faithful Multi tool grout removal blade

    Great bit of kit for the multi tool I use. Cuts through modified cement grout to allow removal of wall or floor tile without chipping the tile next to the one you want to replace. Think is purchase is the second time I’ve ordered from this supplier with a prompt turnaround to arrival at my door.

    Grout removal tool

    This product makes light work of removing discoloured tile grout in my shower cubical , however i need to replace the blade after approx 2 hours work . It took three blades in total and approx 7 hours work over 2 days to cut out all the tile grout to approx 6mm deep . I used a face mask to prevent breathing in the very fine dust created , and sealed around door edges to prevent dust spreading into the master bedroom and beyond ..

    Where has this tool been hiding?

    We have used this tool on some commercial jobs when client have needed to change the grout colours or have tiles removed. Two of us removed the grout from a twenty metre floor with mixed size tiles in 5 hours. There is dust but because the tool oscillates and not spin it is down to a minimum. For less than seven pounds this has got to be the best thing since sliced bread.

    Great bit of kit

    I have been using a Draper grout removal tool which was hard work i got nowhere with it , Then i got this for my Makita multitool , i did my whole bathroom in a day great bit of kit , i would suggest you buy two blades because it did go blunt by the end so it slowed me down a bit , however it still worked even when it was blunt
