When I opened the unsealed box and the product top, there was old, oxidized product around the bottle pump. It's too bad that the product didn't work out as I really wanted it. When I contacted the seller to request a refund, it was issued right away after submitting pictures of what I received. I greatly appreciated it!!!

    I have used this product for a few years. After washing and conditioning your hair, towel dry and add It's a 10 to your hair. You can comb your hair real easy.

    Great multi purpose leave in conditioner...

    It's t is a great smelling leave in product that it also protects from any heat you use. You save yourself the need for a heat protector. A little goes a long way..and you don't need much. It leaves your hair soft and healthy looking...Careful where you buy it prices really vary quite a bit. I got a great deal on mine.

    Amazing!
