It arrived in good condition, it could have been pack a little better. The front and back only had crunched up brown paper. An item for that price should maybe be double boxed. The model listed was for a directv stream box but the item i received was a different model number to be used with satellite TV. Seemless return though and good communication. The item was in excellent condition and packaged well. Shipping time was excellent. Good seller, i just think it was an honest mistake.
