The USB charging cable does not secure into the charging port, falls out. The audio quality is horrible, sounds cheap and tinny. The Bluetooth drops in and out and will only work within about 3m range. The appearance of the JBL logos is tacky and does not look like my old headphones. The condition of was poor, box was crushed on receipt. Poor value for money. DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!

I expected more bass but it is just the same as the MX 170, which is still good. I was very disappointed that this seller refused to send the package to my PO Box, where all other sellers ship to. I had to have it sent to a HUBBED collection point, which was annoying. They send by Australia Post but refuse to deliver to a PO Box! This is just ridiculous and very poor customer service. Good earphones.
