    I would like to addend my previous comment. I received a VM from the seller today. He explained that the device was tested and in no way was it faulty. He mentioned that the lithium battery may have been installed wrong. As I didn’t install it, the security system technician did I was made aware of what appeared to be faulty by the technician. So upon looking into it the sellers remark yes it makes sense that the technician installed the battery incorrectly which is alarming. Apologies.

    New and easy to install

    These are great and cheaper than buying from Comcast and installation is very easy. You simply need to contact Comcast for a technician code then access the tech dashboard on your touch panel. Once the sensor is added, you simply need to remove the cover of the sensor in order to trip it and finish activation. No need to use Youtube or buy a separate glass break detector. Overall, these are great.
