If the plastic is porous, and has lost the original colour and evenness from being in the sun and weather, this is exactly what you want to restore it. Even the thinnest of coats, really squeezing all I could out of the swab, it's so much better than it originally was! Make sure to be well lit and in the shade, so you can check all angles as you go and get a really nice coat on. If it's nice and clean, that grey fading oxidisation just seems to wipe away! :D
