    The item was advertised as free shipping. So I was watching the tracking on the app. The parcel was sent out and then returned. It was only until I contacted the seller , that they arranged alternative courier service. My package did get to late by a couple of days. I did appreciate the seller sending via courier when he saw what had happened. Not a very pleasant experience, but it was okay. Thank you to the seller for his quick response.

When I explained the problem, the vendor was super available and assisted me through the chat to try to solve the problem. Once assessed that there was nothing to do, I sent the motherboard back and was refund as soon as it was received. I maybe was unlucky with the board, but the vendor is AAA++
