It's just a thin metal box with heater controls and optional fan to switch on. It works well, easy to set up for a quick meal preparation with multiple trays supplied. It's effective easy to keep clean and a good size for 1 or 2. If that's the requirement then it is a good for such purpose.

Only other issue was the owners manual, Almost useless. 2 pages. Manufactures fault here not sellers.
