OE Canon Ink. Can't be beat !
Canon printers are picky about the ink you feed them. Sometimes, the " unbranded" ink won't register on the the ink level, or will print wacky. Never had a problem with OE Canon ink. The item was sealed in it's original box. Peace of mind knowing I can print a page that will come out properly without extra lines or dull areas. Excellent product for a machine that wants what it wants. It is a great printer I must say. So, I'll feed it the proper ink to keep it running smoothly.Canon printers are picky about the ink you feed them. Not sure why cartridge needed cleaning
When I first tried printing using the new cartridge the color was all wrong. After using the cleaning and deep cleaning feature of my printer the problem was corrected. I have not had this problem before when I purchased new color cartridges at Costco.

Color ink and it works
I ordered a set of this ink, color and black, from another eBay seller. Unfortunately, I didn't need to use it right away and when I did, I found that the color ink was defective so I ordered this color only ink from this seller and everything is perfectly fine now (except I had to pay more; next time I will use it right away or don't order it until I actually need to install it!) Anyway, this was a good purchase. I ordered a set of this ink, color and black, from another eBay seller. Unfortunately, I didn't need to use it right away and when I did, I found that the color ink was defective so I ordered this color only ink from this seller and everything is perfectly fine now (except I had to pay more; next time I will use it right away or don't order it until I actually need to install it!) I will always buy OEM ink for my Canon printer! The colors are always on point, very vivid, no smearing, The XL lasts a really long time--much more than the regular size. It's worth every penny not to have my pictures turn out less than perfect!

Original equipment and parts are the best way to buy.
This the exact product I used when the printer was new, and the quality is excellent, much better than a remanufactured set. In my printer, only the original cartridges hook up to the electronic sensors, so I do not get an "empty" warning every time I print something.
