At first, I thought that the machine wasn’t working, but it turns out that I’m the one that didn’t assemble it properly and I was able to get in contact with the seller very easily and quickly. They told me that if I couldn’t make it work, I could send it back and they would give me a full refund for the machine as well as if they couldn’t make it work they would refund me the shipping aswell. Very fair! On a phone call, we made it work!! Yay 😁
