One issue was the item shown flat was rolled up and the backing separated from the cardboard and all the pieces fell out into the packing tube into a jumbled mess. After tediously separating all the little nails etc. I had what was ordered but not in new condition and if it is all there i guess so. It should have been sent flat not rolled up. The new became used.
