    I received the product as described, but the product was missing two pieces at the end of the lock cylinder that I then had to go to the auto parts store to buy myself. The seller didn't offer to give back a partial refund- just said to send my vehicle info along with sending it back and they'd try to get me the right one. This is frustrating as I had to spend more money to have the product function properly and completely. After messaging the seller the other day, I haven't heard back.

First, the label was created but the parts were not delivered to the post office. After a week I contacted the seller to ask what’s up. No response. After the part didn’t arrive after 10 days, I got ebay involved to ask for a refund. Voila, the parts were delivered to the post office. Needless to say they were late to me. Packaging was poor - bent gasket

    Did not work for me.

    First and for most it does not work with my Truck. 2015 GMC Acadia. I am getting a check engine light check the gas cap. Second the key lock does work just know that it has to be unlocked and stay unlocked until you put the cap back on and then relocked after it is on tight. If you lock it before you put it on it will not tighten.
