It was listed as New but should have been listed as Used as it didn t come in it s original packaging and there was some minor wear and tear. I was charged $70 for it. This exact same figure was then relisted, by this same seller, for $30 with the same appearance as the one I received according to the posted picture. After talking it over, I was given a partial refund to make up the difference and have changed my review accordingly.
