The resistance was very high on these test leads, and varied when they rotated on their internal swivel so were defective. Seller said at first there were no returns but eBay guarantee made seller reconsider. At first seller did not send a return label but eventually sent 4 labels and said they had to be shipped back in 4 separate boxes (which we did not have). I eventually ended the hassle by just throwing them away and am out close to $60. Avoid this seller !
