Seller offered partial refund as it was a lot of 8, informed seller their partial refund offer was not enough to replace the damaged drive (was only half the cost of another used replacement drive), they stopped responding… Do not recommend as their packaging style is “throw it in a box and hope for the best” and their customer service is “ignore them until they go away”.Reply from: barcodetechs- Feedback replied by seller barcodetechs.- Feedback replied by seller barcodetechs.It's true that the buyer received a faulty hard drive. Our mistake, but we refunded the buyer $100 on a $270 order for one bad hard drive.
