    Good CB Antenna mount

    Definitely not ceramic - it's plastic !

    It works for lightweight antennas but it is not ceramic, it is plastic ! For lightweight antennas such as the Hamstick type it might be ok, time will tell. It is hollow making it somewhat weak and I would not recommend it for heavier antennas.
