I put this, as a friendly query only and not as a complaint at all, to the seller and was told to return items for a refund or go and buy with a different seller for a higher price IF I WASN'T HAPPY with their service but never got a satisfactory explanation as to why the listing was lacking important details, seller was deflecting and patronising. Contacted seller who was very responsive and helpful - they said item shipped straight from their supplier and assured me it is new, but obviously they can't guarantee that. Still, seller was understanding and helpful - they offered to refund me if I wished, but I decided to keep it to save the hassel and I wanted it. I was just taken aback that it looked used when I received it.
