Unbelievably Hot!
Unbelievably Hot!!! I have been putting Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper on just about everything. Love the stuff, so I am used to the super-hot peppers, but these Ghost Peppers were a whole 'nother ballgame. These peppers arrived dried and ready to crush and put in my re-purposed black pepper mill. A little sliver (like a fingernail clipping) was left on the counter, so I popped it in my mouth. Started hiccuping uncontrollably, sweating, and had to lay down to recover. Yes, that hot. Be very careful of these! I am still learning how much makes a dish better, and how much is too much. I like to grind peppers in a coffee grinder for peppers only, and make a powder. I mix with seasonings, and spices, to have for different purposes. I use it, give some to friends and enjoy the heat.
