Best white cover-stick concealer
This is the best cover-stick concealer I have found to hide the dark circles under my eyes. It is easy to apply and blend in and goes on smoothly. It's a great prep followed up with my skin-toned face powder. I have been using the white cover-stick concealer for a number of years.
