Missing information
Unfortunately I bought this product expecting variation in the timing of the lockable door . Once the dog approaches the door it unlocks and he can go through . However it takes 15 seconds before the door relocks. The reason I wanted it was to stop the cat getting out . 15 seconds is easily enough time for the cat to follow the dog outside . This relocking time isn’t adjustable .the remote key has a sensitivity adjustment , but the relocking timeframe isn’t. Fortunately I followed the very good instructions ,and rang the 1800 number to confirm all this before I installed the door ! Just disappointing that I have to return it and now have no solution to my specific problem .

Good product a little noisy
We installed the door in our hallway out to the garage and our dogs were in and out of it within a day. Great size and shape however the sound it makes when unlocking and locking is a little noisy.

A perfect idea for when you only want the dog to go outdoors.
Installed with no problems, our clever medium size dog was quick to learn how to use it. We have not tried it with the collar on yet.

This is a good product
I do not like this but the dog loves it :) No its great, the dongle works fine on his collar and he has had no issues with it since day 1, he is a big old beggal with bad hips, he does not have to bend down to crawl through this door he can walk right on through and he is very happy. So Frow him WHOOOF WHoof Whoof but ya still not getting my bone!
