    Best Value for the Money

    Atlas track is not toy track. It is made with the modeler in mind. Atlas turnouts of the past were better than other brands, but were still not deserving of high praise. That is not the case today. Atlas has greatly improved its line of turnouts. Giving Atlas one more chance, I bought two of their latest generation product and could not be happier. They are flat, in gauge, and have not failed once. The appearance is much improved and is adaptable to a number of different throw mechanisms. Atlas' best change is the point system which is no longer flimsy and unreliable; it is now positive and precise. Undoubtedly the quality of competing brands has motivated Atlas to step up, but they have rose to the challenge, while keeping their products affordable. Atlas is not yet the best money can buy, but you can still get more for your money. Buy Atlas with confidence.
