Great product good pricing.
Really solid product with metal case including earth connector. 12V power supply enables critical network infrastructure to easily provided with battery backup. Holes in base allow easy but removable fixing in loft. Much better than plastic-cased stuff.

Broken item
The netgear switch I bought here arrived broken, the heatsink had snapped off inside. They did offer to replace it (hence not 0 stars), but not until after I spend a few hours putting together the list of things they need and resend at my own cost then follow up with PayPal. Then they need to “test” it before sending a replacement. This is a $50 item, I don’t have the patience nor the time for all this. I just wanted a working product. It’s gone in the bin and I grabbed a new one hassle free from JBHifi instead. Extremely disappointed, when you need a network part you can rarely wait days let-alone weeks for the part.
