  • Its always exciting in the beginning

Its always exciting in the beginning. So yes I love it. we'll see how it holds up over time. The logitech trackball is very easy to setup and after one simple adjustment ready for life on the desk. It has features I have not gotten to try yet, so far so great.

  • The next evolution of Logitech Trackball mice.

I've been a long time fan of Logitech Trackman and M570 mice. The MX Ergo is the next evolution of those classic trackball mice. With all the remote working going on, the ability to connect the MX Ergo to 2 PC's by either Bluetooth or Logitech wireless dongles (which I have several off, from all the M570's I've had), and seamlessly switch between them has been fantastic. I've actually been using this functionality to switch between my personal and work PC's for a long time, even before the pandemic forced me to work from home, full-time. The Logitech Options software is incredibly powerful for a non-gamer oriented software, allowing you to easily create multiple program-specific button profiles for the MX Ergo, and the mouse invisibly switches profiles instantly as you switch the focus to different programs. The left and right scroll wheel clicks feels perfect, and is immensely handy once you create a profile for your preferred browser application and set the left/right scroll wheel clicks to the keyboard shortcut to switch tabs. The magnetic base is pretty neat, allowing you to raise the mouse for a more natural/ergonomic/comfortable hand-rest position. And the magnet has been strong enough (for me at least) that I don't accidentally push it down to the lowest position while I'm using it. My only qualms about this mouse are: 1. The Back and Forward buttons are a little stiff, which takes a little getting used to if you're coming from an M570 2. The hole on the underside of the mouse to help you push the trackball out of the socket to clean it is a little on the small side, which makes it a little more difficult to easily find a utensil to stick in there when you need to clean it. You can't just grab anything laying around your desk to poke the trackball out anymore. 3. The top of the base plate is not coated, so as grim falls thru the hole on the bottom of the mouse, it'll land and get stuck to the base plate, and is a little tough to clean off. 4. The price is a little high for a mouse, to me, but it is a pretty good value considering all of the features that are baked in. I would definitely say that I've gotten my money's worth.

  • On the right track(ball)

It does what it's intended for, which is to add features that improve upon the earlier designs of the logitech trackball mice by adding additional programmable buttons, smart bluetooth functionality, and the adjustable angle for your wrist. Great product.

  • Awesome upgrade of an already great product!!

Love this new trackball! I had the older version for years and was happy to see this newer version had so many great added features! Being able to recharge it, instead of using batteries. Using it on more than one device. Tilt feature. Plus all the awesome buttons! :)

  • Worth the money if you like track balls.

Been using a track ball for years and prefer them to the conventional mouse. It is smooth and I like the accurate feature.

  • Well design ,good to use.

Good to hold it, very easy to switch between laptop and desktop computer with only one mouse. No extra receiver, connect pc directly. Very satisfied with logi MX ergo mouse.

  • upgrading my M570 to MX Ergo

I've been using M570 for many years. Changing to MX Ergo is a straight upgration. What you get are 1) rechargeable battery 2) two angle setups 3) ability to switch between two devices. M570 is still good. Ask yourself if you need the three features.

  • Fantastic!

I love it! I haven't owned a trac ball type mouse before but a friend said I should try it, so when my mouse died from use, I thought I would give this one a try... I absolutely LOVE it. Less fatigue (I am on my computer many, many hours a day), easy to use, less stress on my wrist. I love it.

  • Excellent trackball when it works

The trackball is comfortable and easy on my hand. Good Logitech quality and responsive when using the included USB adapter. Too bad the main problem with it is the poor connection when using Bluetooth. It takes a few seconds to get a connection, and when switching computers this is annoying.

  • fits hand. works great until it doesn't

My ONLY complaint with this model is the clickers wear out. I have a few that all have done same. I will get replacement clickers and install them myself when I have the time. Each time I buy one I hope it will not fail but they always do after 6-9 months daily use.
