    Great value for money

    I have been looking for a beginner sax, and found a youtube video comparison between the LADE alto and a more expensive model. Cheap instruments have come a long way, and it sounds just as good as the higher end model. The positive of getting an alto is that it doesn’t get beaten around in the case (the case quality is quite poor), but be weary of cheap tenor or baritone saxophones as the quality of the instrument is drastic. I guess the only negative thus far of the instrument is that the neck is quite tight to fit into the body, and requires care when twisting it in. I am not a saxophone expert, but it seems that the saxophone is in relatively good shape in terms of minimal air leakage and key setup. I recommend this to beginners and people who just want to try it out but don’t want to fork out a grand. When you consider what you get with the money, it’s a downright bargain.
