BP measurements were very close to what my doctor's BPM's measurememt. Very easy to use. syncs with app easily and the app also syncs with Samsung health app which I use to track all my health related stats. I saw other reviews about high battery usage, so I bought an after market adaptor (adjustable voltage with multi plug) for fairly decent price online. It comes with a case which is great. The Atrial Fibrillation detection function is just a sales gimmick & not accurate enough to detect A.F as it says it does. It just measures your B.P three times in a few minutes & compares the heart rates.
