Great For Everyday Use
Selectool does exactly what it claims it does. The online demonstration is excellent in teaching how to use it. It takes the dullest knives in my kitchen drawer and sharpens them for any kitchen duty. The online demonstration do not make any false claims as it will tell you to use a leather strap to get knives the sharpest possible, instead of putting that claim with their product. The product is of great size to keep hands and fingers safe while sharpening. It is also great size to put into a ruck sack, or pocket if needing for field dressing or use while outdoors. The guides make sharpening a "no brainer" and allows the most inexperienced to keep the proper angle. Great tool!
