  • I do believe it's going to be great frame paint.

Used this paint on rust pickup frame after sever cleaning an washing steel to get ride of liquid cloride from winter use. Got some on me an couldn't get it off after drying, not gas, not paint thinner or any other solvent I had around had to let it where off. I do believe this will be fabulous for liquid cloride they put on roads in Minnesota an Wisconsin... Give it a try you won't be disappointed. An the price is cheaper by half using spray can of rust proof paint, has more coverage.

  • Great paint. Here are some suggestions

low viscosity paint so it goes on with foam brush early. see youtube videos about product. Best tip: don't ever open paint tin. 2x 1/4" holes drilled on opposite sides in top. Pour out of hole, clean up lid, and apply small pieces of packaging tape over holes. I used foam roller for doing cabinet painting to paint areas I could not get to otherwise. Paint is really rugged and dries quickly in the Northwest. don't pour out more than you can use in about 20 minutes. Easy access to more paint because of packaging tape. Start small. Time will tell how it stands up. Got a little on my wrist and it isn't coming off!

  • 4x4 chassis paint

Really great product, used it on my 98 Chevy 4x4 and made the chassis look amazing. Also used it in hard to clean spots to protect. Mud and salt fall right off from surface. Has a beautiful finish with great adhesion and protection

  • good product if used right

this stuff isn't the cure all rust, but its a good product. put on heavy, even two coats. chip away dirt and heavy rust. I usually top with a tractor paint as well.

  • Best chassis paint to be had.

I've used POR15 and this is much better paint as it encapsulates and stops rust in it's tracks. It is also very thick in viscosity and when sprayed with a conventional siphon gun it covers very very well with one coat. I drive a 2001 Ranger 4x4 and it looks brand new underneath it and I also plow a lot with it, thanks to CHASSIS SAVER paint.

  • Great Product

Great for for frames and components. Beats a black spray paint detail and it lasts.

  • great product.

Painted an early bronco frame. Looks shiny and as good as powder coated for a fraction of price. Would recommend blasting first but can be painted over rust.

  • Personal opinion/ better coverage & thicker than POR

I ever used this to completely restore the frame on a 94 Mazda B4000 4 wheel drive. And I'm extremely happy with the results. used on restoring the frame the underside of the entire cab and underneath body panels and all interior parts of the engine bay. Looks professional when done. Water does not stick to it after it's been painted. Extremely, extremely happy with this paint will buy time and time again. It has become my go-to paint over rust paint. I have a used por several times and I've just come to like the thickness and durability feel of this paint once it's been used and dried. It's also cheaper 80% of the time.

  • Amazing

Goes on nice sets even nicer and the final outcome is better than you could ask for. Very tough and durable, tried to scratch it off and to my surprise it will not scratch or chip!
