Worth it
This little pump is a great alternative to overpriced punps that really don't provide any great benefits other than the ability to run longer and likelihood of lasting longer, but unless you need to run it continuously for more than 30 minutes, it really is a little workhorse. It provides enough pressure to run most every type of brush and push even the tougher mediums without straining. As long as you keep a pace that allows it to stay relatively cool it will run forever. Very quiet and infinitely more convenient to transport than pricier "commercial" pumps.

Unsatisfied with Product (Not for me)
I bought this little compressor to paint model cars as an experiment to see what it would do. With no tank it has no capacity so the initial blast has a big push of air (probably what is stored in the hose) then the pressure is just what the little motor could supply. Great performance and I feel it’s also a great value. The included hose was a direct fit for my Iwata Neo airbrush. I cannot comment on how long this compressor will run continuously because I use it for plastic modeling. I never need it longer than 10 minutes.
