Now my fiance can finally have his Zelda themed 3ds he has wanted. The plates are great, beautifully designed and sleek. He isn't rough on his stuff at all but they do seem like they could scratch easy.

Beware of Unpainted Edges
The back side is grey (unpainted) and the edges are very noticeably only partially painted; appears to have come like this from the factory. Maybe these vary at the factory, but just beware that neither plate is black all around.
