    Pretty good product really

    This product replaced a smaller Aqua cooler. All in all I like it especially because the chilling system does not require the fan to be going all the time after it has chilled. The filter itself needed a good shake & long soak to make it work, even then it was very slow to fill up the bottom tank'=. I do not like the shape of the buttons to get the water out they are difficult to open as your finger slips. Not sure where to buy new filters though, but they look the same as the Aqua ones I have.

    Looks good, but doesn't work.

    This product has only worked occasionally since the day I got it. I have had endless trouble with it, and regret that I bought it because it was recommended by a family member. That member had no trouble installing or using theirs, so I am not sure if I have a faulty product or if I am not installing or using it (three people have tried to make it work, without success). I would like to return it, but not sure that I should be liable for the postage charges.

    Cheap, simple and works great!

    The product in question is incredibly easy to set up and requires very minimal maintenance. It works well and cools water quicker than if a jug were to be placed in a refrigerator, in fact the only down side is the need for buying replacement filters. however, the filter can be easily removed and the unit used simply as a water cooler rather than a water cooler and filtration system. This product is great value for price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a water cooler. Aside from this, it was shipped promptly and arrived before the estimated delivery time, and the ebay store that sold it was a pleasure to do business with!

    It works well for my requirements. I wish it was a Bit larger seems smaller than 5L but it works well. 10L would suite me better. Works as advertised so excellent product. Also Lenox has Great support here in Australia., I have a few of their products. 5 star

    Sizewise fits in well and does the job.

    The flow rate from the storage tank to the room temperature and chilled tanks takes a bit of a while to get going but once it has settled in is quite acceptable. The water is not as cold as our old model but you have to allow for the fact it was obseleted by the manufacturer because the thermostat was faulty and would not switch off. The switches to deliver the water take a little bit of getting used to but no real complaints.

    My water cooler

    The water cooler replaced an earlier model of a different make that refused to auto switch off and became a bit noisy. This model is working perfectly and also keeps the cold water for longer periods I guess because of better insulation. It also is very silent but as previously stated by another buyer the push taps are a bit slippery when pressed because of the sloping design. Other than that it was a good investment.

    Great water cooler

    This little water cooler is great small enough to fit on the kitchen bench specially if you have a small kitchen and love having cold water on tap the only one thing I would say the water trickles our very slowly but it doesn’t take that much time to fill your cup. I highly recommend it cold filtered water
