I've used this stuff in the Army. I used a hot knife to cut a nylon sling load rope. Then used this product to dip the rope ends. Dipped and held it for 5 seconds. Let it dry enough to dip again. For Shorter and shorter Tools
I cant remember what I paid. Local hardware doesn't carry colors. After a few dips the level goes down fast, so a pair of Channel locks or socket wrench won't be covered but about 4 inches.
