Freedom 46 Is an easy to apply and very effective fly, bug and tick deterrent. I apply it to my horse every 12 days, just to be certain I don’t have a gap in coverage. BEATS PUTTING ON AND TAKING OFF A FLY MASK EVERY DAY
It beats putting a fly mask on and taking it off morning and night. This product is pretty good at repelling flies. Not perfect, and doesn't last all that long depending on the horse, but better than nothing. I picked it instead of the other main product of this type because none of the reviews indicated that horses showed allergic reactions to it. Really works!
I use this for my Noseeum sensitive horse. I put a stripe of it on each ear and down his mane and at the base of his tail in addition to the other spots mentioned on the package. Without this product he is scratching on everything. It has saved his mane and tail for sure! Works great for tick prevention
24/7 pasture horse gets a lot of relief. Need to apply earlier than 14 days if rains a lot or bathes a lot . I’d say it lasts 12 days well for my pony . Been using Freedom 45 for several years
My summer itchy horse does much better after using this product. Cuts down on the use of fly spray and keeps his chest and neck from going bare and turning into sores that the flies go after. The only complaint I have is it seems impossible to completely mixed and get all of the active ingredient out of the tube.
