I already had these 2 DVDs (for like the last 10 years) but I had used them so much they were giving me issues. I went to order replacement ones and found this handy package with the two of them.
They are working wonderfully! You can work out in segments, whatever you use. The segments are between 6-10 minutes. The warm up and cool down are around 4 minutes. Each segment targets a different body part. Most of the segments use weights and Chris Frytag, the instructor gives tips during the video, and there are written suggestions as well for a better or safer workout along the bottom of the screen; additionally one of the people working out with her does the low impact version.
The reason I checked "no" to the question about "Is it entertaining?" is that it's a workout DVD!
