Great Product but one Clinch with My Unit During Setup
It does more than I expected. You can set humidity level you want to maintain and it home goes above that setting AC will turn on and run until temperature drops three decrees below the temperature setting. Also, I like the geo fencing feature which will allow temperature go above room setting if you are more than 2 or 3 miles from home. Then, when you are within that mile range it will turn AC back on until it reaches the room setting temperature. I did have to get tech help to complete setup. I had Sensi at previous location; so I know how to setup but there was an issue with out of date firmware than he was able to take care to complete last steps of setting up. Had it working for about two weeks now and no issues with having to reconnect to internet. Previous unit I owned would need reconnecting to internet on an occasion.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Received item and opened box to find the back plate pins were bent back of pin socket were messed up on thermostat as well. Haven't been able to see if item works at all.

Sleek modern design, responsive touchscreen, great price, easy to install (approx 10min) easy to use app and interface. You can also power on your unit from anywhere using the app and adjust temperatures. Hey most of us realize that a large number of furnace control boards are White Rodgers, and the majority of air conditioning compressors are Copeland.. Both Emerson companies. The display is awsome especially at night. The phone app is good and allows control of all functions and scheduling.. I have not used the Alexa Google Home portion but expect it to be excellent. Neat thermostat

Easy to use
I installed this thermostat in my house over a month ago and it has been working flawlessly. Easy to program, easy to make temporary temperature adjustment from the schedule and has all the features I could ever need. You are not limited to just 4 programming zones in a day as in other thermostats. I like the usage function to monitor my daily a/c usage. I also like that I can integrate it to Apple’s Home in the future since I don’t use Alexa or Google’s. Remote access via the app is very convenient and haven’t had any issues. Love this thermostat, does evering and more then the $300 Ecobee 3 does. Have had no problems with connection to wi fi. It is a smart, fast respond, intuitive thermostat. It turns on, controls and shuts off quickly based on preset temperature. The display is intuitive and easy to use. I had a bit of challenge setting up with our WiFi network through the Sensei app initially. But I got the thermostat to work.
