    good product, great price

    My Victor regulator began having issues. I replaced it with this HTP flow meter after reading positive reviews of WeldingWeb forum. Immediately discovered I had a small argon leak in hose which wasn't obvious with a regulator. Very happy with build quality of this HTP product.

    Has wrong fitting

    Didn't really want to cut hose and buy clamp. Out going gas fitting was not made for typical gas cylinder fitting so they wanted me to keep for $2. Refund which I haven't seen yet. Problem could arise latter on down the if for some reason I should have to use different regulator I will have to bring regulator and hose.

    Not bad for the price.

    This is pretty well made from brass and it functions very well and consistent. The only issue I had was getting the gas bottle male thread tight enough to not leak. I had to tightened more than should have been neccessary, but I finally got it to stop weeping.

    Accurate, good quality, fair price

    An actual rising-ball flow meter, not just a pressure gauge/regulator with orfice. I verified the accuracy of the pressure gauge and flow meter (at a typical 15 SCF/Hr rate) and they're both good, unlike one from another manufacturer that I returned. Nice combination of price and quality, and the HTP folks have been reputable. Note that the barbed hose fitting is for 1/4" i.d. hose, and some welders use 5/16" hose.

    Great value

    My local welding shop wanted five times the cost of this flow meter to repair my old Victor. This new flow meter arrived within the promised time period and works good. I like that the increments are CFM like the old meter - so many for sale are now marked in liters. My old hose screwed right on to the new meter, and while it came with an adapter piece and hose, I didn't need to use them.

    Good product

    I hooked this up to a Miller 215 and a Miller 252. It worked like it should. I only welded with it for a short time but I do not expect to have any problems. It feels decently made. It is not a high end victor flow meter, however for the money you can’t go wrong. I weld for a living and have used several regulators. The victor regulators don’t last forever I have sent plenty of victors off to be repaired just like all of them so... if that helps you out any.

    Inlet filter is nice.

    Very nice flow meter, I like the filter in the inlet. It has argon scale and co2 scale and is rotatable. I use it for co2 with an adapter. The teflon wrapping was a little sloppy but ok.
