Painful.
I have the dream wear headmask with the boat or cradle nose piece and thought I would try this same headgear with the nasal piece with two nose sections that go into your nose. It is incredibly uncomfortable and so I've had to go back to the cradle nose piece. A pity as I like the nose piece with two sections. Leaks like a sieve
This unit restricts air flow to the point that the automatic power off does not work when you remove the mask and while the mask is on here is flooding out of the connector making it ineffective and reducing the air pressure to the nose I do not recommend this product it is basically flawed in design. You are used to using the nasal cushion I recommend staying with that it is much better this product is uncomfortable + when you lay on your side it chokes off the air flow to half of the unit making it even more dangerous.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good upgrade from nasal mask
Using a nasal mask - it was claustrophobic and had condensation issues. This solved both those problems. It wasn't as comfortable as I was expecting it to be, but overall still a large improvement on the nasal mask. One thing to note, these masks come standard with medium frame.
