I like my new TRTL!
I used my new TRTL on a 5 hour flight and was able to nap with comfort. I have a long neck and the other neck pillows don't give me any support. I put the TRTL on snuggly - but not uncomfortable - and it worked nicely and kept my neck warm. It fits in my purse, which is convenient. Not perfect but helpful.

I no longer wake up with neck and head aches
I bought for my wife who falls asleep in her wheelchair numerous times a day. When she does this her head fall between her knees risking a fall. I got her to try it and whenever she fell asleep with the pillow on properly, she would lean back instead of forward. However, I cannot get her to wear it. so..
