Nissan x-trail Wheel Bearing Assembly Design
The issue is not the bearing, it is the x-trail design which exposes it to the elements. Bearing disintegrates every 10,000 km possibly due to water but I don't know. 4 times replaced by 3 different mechanics gets a little annoying, 5th time I have done it myself this time to make sure it's done correctly.
