Surprised that supplier did not respond
Became concerned that on opening plastic bag for the chain on receipt of product 2 loose broken pieces of cutting edges fell out separate from the chain. Reported this to supplier but received no substitute chain or indeed any reply at all. Apart from this I can see the product is reasobly manufacture quality .

Chain tensioner issue
With the example delivered to me the chain tensioner did not ratchet as it should. It loosened after a few minutes use and the chain jumped off the bar. Thereafter I had to retension every couple of minutes. In the end I had to return the saw. I had used the Bosch AKE35 for 5 years without trouble until the motor failed a few weeks ago. Maybe I was just unlucky with the example of the UniversalChain 35 that I bought.
