Well-made scissors for the kitchen
I own other Staysharp products and this lives up to expectations. I've no doubt it will be long-lasting and remain sharp. I'm not sure it would handle poultry bones though - I'll stick to my shears for that kind of work. One design disappointment is that the blades have rounded ends.
