2K IPS with LG OSC app is beauty!
Extremely satisfied, no issues, and no dead pixels knowing this is an open-box product. LG offers amazing colours and this model has an IPS panel which makes them even better. HDR 10 is great for entertainment but the mode which I like the most is reader mode, it's soothing for long periods of screen time. LG OnScreen Control desktop application makes life so much more convenient that I can't seem to appreciate enough. I was used to 27" Acer 2k 144hz monitor, so switching to 32" LG 2k 75hz took me a few days because of the increased height of the monitor (note that the minimum distance between the bottom of the screen and the base of the default stand is around 2" after assembly). Great everyday-purposed monitor that doesn't glare reflections when you work staring for longer periods.
This is a general-purpose monitor. I bought it because it offered HDR colors, it turns out this is an emulated function in the monitor. It doesn't display True HDR 32+ bits floating color information. The monitor stand is robust but doesn't go vertical. You need to buy a separate VESA support that does 360 (vertical) standing. The monitor weighs 26 lbs. completely assembled. When you display (windows 10) folder names, the fonts are antialiased, they look blurry. If you use the custom config to "sharpen" the UI fonts, you'll still see them blurry, even when used with Nvidia custom display options. Buy an OLED display if you want richer blacks and sharper (small) fonts. Plus points: You can place this monitor near a daylight window and it will NOT REFLECT the light. You can see your screen without reflecting other light sources, which is a great thing. The preset colors configurations includes: gaming preset (vibrant colors), cinematic (s-curve like colors for movies / little bit washed colors), custom and PC. Almost borderless frame, the 32" screen is wide enough and you'll not get distracted on a large black frame.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
