Uncovering a Hero
This a movie based on a True Story of the life of Audie Murphy, who became the highest decorated American Soldier of WWII, also receiving medals from France & another region during WWII. Audie Murphy actually played himself during this recounting of his war exploits. He won these medals when he was around 19 years of age & my mind written to all these drug ravaged youths & morally corrupt individuals & ask them - what have you done with your life ? You don't have to fight overseas but get a career behind you in the armed forces to enhance your life.

I saw this movie on TV about 50 years ago. It was great then. In the last decade there have been some great war movies that have probably been better. Still good to catch up on past memories.
