CD has been tested for play-ability, plays through without any issues. If i listed the CD as unacceptable, it will be most likely be because of the condition of the jewel case, not the actual CD. I might be under grading the condition of the CD and jewel case, as my opinion to the shape of the CD and jewel case could be vastly different than yours.
