just what I was looking for
I am the opposite of an Iphone user. The phone I had previously to this was the LG Rumor Touch. Man, I loved that phone! I had it since 2011. The screen got dented/scratched and I couldnt send texts anymore. The same phone brand new is still $80. Found this LG Optimus for $50. Its basically the Android version of the Rumor Touch! I really only talk and text, I dont mess around with the internet or anything, so this was an almost perfect swap. Although it can go on the net, and thats cool, I dont use the feature. Only 2 things could be better about this phone, 1. The battery life is kinda short (compared to the Rumor Touch, that is) and 2. its only got a 3 megapixel camera. Other than that I like it a lot. Worst phone ever
I bought this because I still love the qwerty keyboard. I thought it might be an upgrade from the Kyocera rise but I couldn't have been more wrong. It has horrible memory. It wouldn't let me text and made me delete all of them to free space when I had the phone one day! Battery did not last a ten hour day. No room to download any apps. NO GOOD AT ALL, TOO OLD
Completely obsolete, won't do anything, the software can't be updated, the phone can't be activated, and even the browser won't work if you connect with wi-fi. The Virgin Mobile website server cannot even be contacted using this phone. At most, it might be able to access email, or perhaps take a picture.
