Plug and Play - Great speed - Silent Operation!
Unmanaged network switch perfect for home applications though I don't need 24 ports it works great and best of all it is quiet (no fans) so it is working out great in my home office and is located in a av rack unit right next to my desk so again the silent operation was key. It looks pretty cool but I did mount it on the rear portion of my rack since the cables plug into there directly. I'm not a network expert so this is basically being used as a plug and play device which I see as an advantage.
