It works great if magnet is attached to the phone or in back of phone case. But I have a case that has the liquid between and with it mounted on the phone it wouldn't hold it unless it was leaning back somewhat. I would recommend it..
The charge port light is extremely bright had to cover with electric tape. Could tighten a bit more at the magnet to prevent swivel but not really that bad just have to tighten again every now and then. Magnet is strong phone has not fallen yet. This was a replacement for one I had stolen from me. The ease of getting in your vehicle and setting your phone on a holder is great.
