Good value for money, recommended.
Pro: Pick up sound really well. There is a switch so you can use the mic on either smartphone or camera (TRRS or TRS). Cable is very very long. Comes with Vavalier clip, Foam cover, battery for the switch, no dead cat. The sound quality is the same as speaking directly into an iPhone BUT realistically when filming, your phone would probably be to your side so that’s when the Boya mic comes in handy at picking your voice even from a distance. The mic clip breaks easily.
