  • Good product, but missing critical item.

    While the unit worked perfectly, in this auction (used unit) it did not include the wall wart power supply. This was not mentioned in the description and would have been an issue had I not been replacing an identical DES-1005P that had failed due to a lightning strike on one of the ports. I was able to use the power supply from that failed unit to power the new one, so it worked out ok. Unit works perfectly and is one of 4 I have in service, most for many years now. Critical items such as a missing power supply should be noted as not included in the description IMO. It's a special supply and not an easy or inexpensive item to replace.
